Aquatic Center Proposal The East Tennessee Aquatic Alliance has drafted a written proposal that addresses the need for a comprehensive, multi-purpose aquatic center in our community and East Tennessee. The proposal outlines a model for an aquatic center that houses three separate pools. • Warm-water community pool A multi-purpose aquatic center would allow continuation and expansion of aquatic programming currently offered at area pools, and would allow simultaneous scheduling of multiple diverse activities.
